The staff was great. Jasmine at the front desk checked us in early so my mom, a recent amputee/wheelchair-bound, could rest after a long commute. She also asked the maintenance men to look for a shower chair since our room had no roll-in shower. She also personally delivered it to our room. The room was clean, free breakfast, and took advantage of the business center in the lobby to answer a couple of work emails.

The room was very clean and very nice. There was a King Bed, which we hadn't expected, and the room was ten dollars less than we had expected. Ben, who was on the desk when we arrived was very polite and very kind. He thanked me for my service, as I am a Veteran. The purpose if my travel was a Monday morning appointment at the Tucson Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care Center. I live in Whetstone/Huachuca City, but we were traveling from Douglas. It is so much easier to stay overnight in Tucson rather than to leave early on the morning of the appointment. We will continue to stay at the Baymont when we are visiting any destination in Tucson.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. The only complaint is I asked for an earlier check in time and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Great breakfast which included mini omelettes and make your own waffles, & mini waffles. Many amenities in the room, including kitchenette, hair dryer, two armchairs for guests, and nice strong AC. High end toiletries.
